Filter Changing & Management

Our filter change and preventive maintenance service is designed to improve system cleanliness, support indoor air quality, and help identify issues before they become larger operational problems. Our team removes and disposes of used filters using proper sanitation and safety practices, installs new filters for proper fit and performance, and returns equipment and work areas to clean, usable condition upon completion.

What's Included in Service

  • Removal and proper disposal of old filters using safe sanitation practices
  • Installation of new filters with attention to correct fit and sealing
  • Cleaning of filter tracks with abatement HEPA vacuums
  • Inspection of condensate pan for standing water, odor, visible growth, and trap operation
  • Inspection of outside air intake, dampers, and linkage
  •  Assessment of supply and return belt condition
  • Inspection of door gasketing around filtration beds, with repair needs reported
  • Pressure drop readings recorded before and after service
  • Unit Evaluation forms completed for each unit
  • Final walkthrough with the appropriate supervisor

Inspect
We evaluate key system components including condensate pans, outside air intake assemblies, dampers, belts, filtration beds, and gasketing.

Clean & Replace
We remove soiled filters and debris following infection control practices, HEPA vacuum filter tracks, and install new filters to ensure proper fit.

Document & Review
We record pressure drop readings, complete unit evaluation forms, and perform a final walkthrough with site personnel or supervisors.
